Service Alerts

Please be advised that summer transit service will be in effect from July 3 through September 3, 2011.  As such, some bus routes will be affected.  Please note the following changes to regular service:

# 2 DOWNTOWN MALLS:  Service will terminate at 7:00 pm at the NorthWest Centre on Monday through Saturday.  For service after 7:00 pm, you may travel on #1 DOWNTOWN MALLS or EXPRESS buses.  There will be no change in Sunday service.

# 3A HILDEGARD:  On Monday to Saturday, the last trip from 1111 Main will be at 9:45 pm.  This last trip will terminate at 10:30 pm at Lonsdale and Mountain Road, rather than at the NorthWest Centre.  There will be no change to Sunday service.

# 3B HILDEGARD:  The last trip from 1111 Main on Monday through Saturday will be at 9:10 pm.  This last trip will terminate at 9:55 pm at Lonsdale and Mountain Road.

HILDEGARD SUNDAY SERVICE:  The last trip on Sundays will be 3B, which will leave 1111 Main at 6:10 pm and will terminate at 7:40 pm at 1111 Main.

#11 WHITEFROST:  All scheduled departures from Whitefrost store Monday through Sunday will be 5 minutes earlier.  Published times for the Causeway will also be 5 minutes earlier, from Monday to Sunday.  There will be no other changes to this route.

#17 CRANDALL UNIVERSITY:  Service to the University has been cancelled until classes resume on September 6, 2011.

#22 UNIVERSITÉ:  Service to the University has been cancelled until classes resume on September 6, 2011.

EXPRESS (weekdays):  On Monday through Friday, the last bus leaving Champlain Place will be at 10:05 pm, which will terminate at 10:25 pm at the NorthWest Centre.  As well, on Monday through Friday, the last trip leaving the NorthWest Centre will be at 9:55 pm and will terminate at 10:20 pm at Highfield Square.

EXPRESS (Saturdays):  Rather than 15-minute service, Express service on Saturdays will be every 30 minutes.  Buses will depart Champlain Place at 15 and 45 minutes past every hour.  The last trip on Saturdays will be at 9:45 pm from Champlain Place terminating at Highfield Square at 10:35 pm.

EXPRESS (Sundays):  There will be 30-minute service on Sundays.  Buses will depart Champlain Place at 15 and 45 minutes past every hour.  The last trip will depart Champlain Place at 6:45 pm and terminate at Plaza Blvd. at 7:15 pm.

TRINITY EXPRESS:  Customers travelling to Trinity Drive or Plaza Blvd. will be required to take the Trinity Express from the NorthWest Centre.  Hours of Trinity Express are as follows:  Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 7:30 pm; Saturdays, 11:30 am to 6:30 pm; and Sundays, noon to 5:00 pm.

#24 EXPRESS DIEPPE:  Please note the new name of the bus route.  There have been no changes in service to this route.

Until further notice, please note that there could be delays to bus route #13 as construction has begun on Killam Dr between Ayer Ave and Purdy Ave.

The bus stop sign was removed at Deluxe on Paul St. due to construction.  Buses will be able to stop here only when it is accessible on their way into Champlain Place. Passengers waiting for #7, #20, or #21 should no longer wait at the bus stop but go directly to Champlain Place for service as left turns wil no longer be permitted from the Burger King/Great Canadian bagel exit.
