POSSIBLE DELAYS DUE TO WINTER WEATHER / ROAD CONDITIONS

Please be advised that our buses may experience more frequent delays this time of year as a result of winter weather / road conditions. We strongly advise our customers to allow themselves extra time when planning trips. We apologize for any inconvenience.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Lowering of Buses
When temperatures reach -5 degrees Celsius, lowering the buses can cause a failure in the air system, and is generally avoided. Exceptions, for customers with mobility challenges, can be made at the supervisor’s discretion.

Winter Weather Notice
Please be advised that while bus stops with shelters are all cleared of snow, bus stops without shelters are only cleared of snow in high traffic areas or to alleviate safety concerns. If a bus stop without a shelter has not been cleared, the bus will stop and pick up the waiting public in the nearest cleared driveway.

Accessible Service Advisory:

This is to advise accessible service may experience delays. Passengers who use wheelchairs will be accommodated but travel delays are expected to occur with no prior notice due to ongoing operational issues.

Please refer to the Home page of our web site or go to Facebook for notices regarding any delays, detours or other situations that are affecting our service.

Our drivers do their best to be on time, however road, traffic and weather conditions may make buses a bit early or late. We suggest that customers arrive at their stop a few minutes early, just as a precaution.
